Surat : The third phase of the bridge from Mota Varachha to Varachha Main Road, Chikuwadi and Sriramnagar Society has been inaugurated today. Direct connectivity from this bridge is expected to benefit more than 10 lakh people daily. A bridge has been constructed at the end of Sriram Nagar to Sanketdham Society. Right in the center of the bridge is a bow shape made of iron which looks very attractive. From a distance, this bridge appears to be designed in a bow shape. Moreover, after inaugurating the bridge, the local MLA Kumar Kanani said that the construction of this bridge was going on with great delay and involuntarily. After repeated submissions to the Municipal Commissioner, the work has finally been completed. This will directly benefit millions of people in Puna area and greater Varacha area. It was further said that opposition has given hint to open this bridge which is beyond my understanding. When the construction work of this bridge was progressing slowly, there should have been agitations and repeated representations to start it quickly instead of false talk of opening the bridge after it was ready. After a long time, the bridge will finally be opened and the traffic problem will be relieved.
