Ahmedabad: In a new initiative, the Civil Hospital at Asarwa will open a dedicated ‘Dietician OPD’, where expert dieticians will offer guidance on diet, nutrition counseling, and personalised diet plans. They will also offer advice on reducing Body Mass Index (BMI), a release said, adding that the service is free.This service is available for those with obesity, patients with non-communicable diseases (NCDs), malnourished children, and pregnant and lactating mothers.“The OPD will operate from Room G-025 daily between 9am and 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm,” the release said.
