Ahmedabad: A councillor has sought action against the hooligans who were seen spreading terror in Rakhial and Bapunagar areas in a video that went viral on Thursday. Prakash Gurjar, chairman of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation‘s legal committee and BJP councillor from Bapunagar ward on Friday wrote to the municipal commissioner, seeking action.
He stated, “These goons created terror in Bapunagar by attacking the police and challenging the entire system. They have illegally constructed permanent houses on land owned by AMC. After the incident with the police, it is essential to remove the illegally constructed houses on the land owned by AMC.”TNN
