e-RTI portal launched for all courts of the state, the applicant has to register online
Gujarat: Another portal has been launched by the IT Cell on the directions of IT Committee and Rules Committee of Gujarat High Court. An e-RTI portal has been launched for all courts of the state. From this portal the applicant will be able to make online applications of RTI, first appeal of RTI and also the applicant will be able to know the status of the RTI application online.

On the directives of Acting Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court, IT Committee and Rules Committee, e-RTI portal has been launched in all High Courts of the state in which the applicant can make online RTI applications, first appeal of RTI and the applicant can also know the status of RTI application online.
Apart from this, the reply will also be given to the applicant through email and message. For this, the applicant has to register on the RTI portal on the website of the High Court with his e-mail and mobile number. After registration applicant can do online RTI. For this the applicant has to pay the prescribed fee for online application online.
Online registration has to be done
The applicant has to do the online registration on the website of the High Court in which the applicant has to upload an ID proof of himself and the size of 1MB. After filing this application, a reference number will be given which the applicant has to keep.
In the end, BPL card holders have to upload their certified or true copy or certificate issued by the authority in the online application. After applying, Public Information Officer will give its answer online only. An appeal can also be made within 30 days of this reply. Whose appeal number will also be available.
