A special control room has been prepared at the airport police station for the G-20 Finance Summit
Ahmedabad: All preparations have been completed at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad following the Finance Track Meeting of the G-20 to be held on July 17-18 at Gandhinagar, but dogs roaming around the airport like iron nails in a gold plate have become a headache for the airport authority.
At the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, the problem of stray dogs has not been resolved for a long time. Due to stray dogs in airport terminals, food joints, car parking, passengers and their accompanying relatives have to face a lot of trouble. Information has been received from the sources that, despite the fact that Ahmedabad Airport has repeatedly presented to the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation regarding the issue of stray dogs, there is no solution yet. Now, when dignitaries will arrive from abroad in two days, there is fear of tarnishing the reputation of the country and Gujarat with stray dogs.
Meanwhile, following the G-20 summit, preparations have been made by the Gujarat government, airport authority, local system and police. If any question arises during this program, it has been decided to operate a control room for its immediate resolution. Information has been received that, the control room has been made operational at the airport police station.
With the help of this control room, there will be guidance about any management scheme or what decision to take in unavoidable circumstances. A constant watch will be kept on it by the senior officers and certain men will be present in the control room round the clock so that any problem can be reported to the control room immediately and the control room can resolve it with the help of senior officers.
