After the submission of both the parties, the court rejected the woman’s bail.

Ahmedabad : In Meghaninagar, Ahmedabad, a woman who came to take care of an old woman burnt her to death and stole a bangle. The Sessions Court has rejected the bail application made by the elderly in this case. Along with this, the court noted that, being a serious type of crime, earlier the woman’s bail was rejected by the court. Then it does not seem appropriate to release the accused on bail. On the other hand, the court has also ordered the jail authorities to provide proper treatment for the old woman’s back and eye ailments. Ranjanba Parmar (70), who came to take care of Sar in Meghaninagar, killed the old man. The police investigated the matter and arrested Ranjanba and sent him to jail. From where Ranjanba applied for bail, in which it was submitted that the knee pad is torn, the left eye is not visible, the physical condition is also weak, old age and I am ready to comply with all the conditions if the court grants bail.

However, public advocate Dilipsingh M. Thakor who opposed the application argued that on September 28, the old man was present at home alone. In the evening, when the family members went home, the old woman was lying in the store room with fumes coming out of her body. As her body was burnt, she was admitted in a semi-conscious state to Civil, where the old woman pointed out that Ranjanaba had stolen the bangles from her hands. Later she died. After that, the police checked the CCTV camera of the neighbor and the accused woman was seen in the footage going back and forth in the house and was seen throwing some things in the mother’s house. Thus, when a prima facie offense is committed against the accused, bail should not be granted. After the submission of both the parties, the court rejected the woman’s bail.
