Vadodara : A fire broke out at Multi Polyfabric Private Limited Company in Sarvodaya Estate behind Datpura CNG Petrol Pump in Vadodara due to a sudden short circuit causing chaos in the surrounding areas. Before the fire got out of control, three different fire department teams arrived and brought the fire under control after 2 hours of hard work.
According to the details, there was a sudden fierce fire in D-51 Multi Polyfabric Private Limited located in Sarvodaya Estate near Waghodia Datpur of Vadodara. The incident was reported to the Vadodara Fire Department and immediately the fire teams reached and carried out the operation. It has come to light that this company is making material by making plastic granules. Fortunately, a major material accident was avoided in the shed installed outside the company. As soon as the incident was reported, the firemen immediately arrived and launched water cannons. The operation was carried out by the team of Dandiya Bazar Fire, CRC Fire and local Apollo Fire Department. About 15 firemen used water and foam to control the fire in 2 hours before the fire took a severe form.
In a telephonic conversation with Vadodara Dandia Bazar Sub Fire Officer Pratapbhai Damor regarding this incident, he said that as soon as we received the call, the Dandia Bazar fire team reached there. Along with this, efforts were made to control the fire with the help of CRC and local Apollo Fire team. As the fire was in the plastic granulation material, the form was forced to be used, in which the fire was brought under control after the use of 8 carabas of form and after 2 hours of hard work. The primary cause of this fire has been revealed to be short circuit. The loss will be realized today. The fire escaped major damage as the shed was outside the company, but all the material in the shed was gutted.
