‘Go back to Europe, England,’ Khalistanis in Canada call for Canadians to leave the country

The Khalistanis in Canada have been seen calling Canadians “invaders” and asked them to “go back to Europe and England” during a religious procession (Nagar Kirtan).

After blaming India and blaming them for their own miseries, the Khalistani sympathisers have now turned to the Canadians.

In a viral video shared on X, during the religious event, people were seen saying, “This is Canada, our own country. You [Canadians] go back.”

In the video, the voice can also be heard saying “white people are invaders” and “We are owners of Canada”.

The Indian intelligence sources termed the incident as a “new normal” in Canada, adding that Khalistanis were slowly “Capturing” all aspects of the country.

“In the absence of proper surveillance, these groups are taking over control from local Canadians too. Hindus are being asked for money for protection and now, there is a threat to locals in their colonies,” the sources said.

India-Canada relations have been strained after last year’s assassination of Khalistani extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, in which the Canadian government alleged India’s hand in the killing.

Following this, both countries expelled each other’s top diplomats after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau claimed that the Canadian police were investigating allegations of Indian agents’ and the Indian government’s direct involvement in last year’s killing.

However, India has rejected the allegations imposed by Canada, calling them “false and absurd”.

Earlier today, the Indian government said that they were seeking to get proclaimed Khalistani terrorist and separatist Arshdeep Dalla extradited following his arrest in Canada.

Dalla was one of the two persons detained by Canadian police on October 28 in connection with a shooting. He was designated a terrorist by New Delhi in January 2023.
