The police filed a case against all four and took legal action.

Surat : In Mata Paliya in Hazira village of Surat, four assailants ransacked outside a grocery shop and beat up the trader, his son and the workman. The four accused threw bottles of coldrinks outside the shop at the shopkeeper, injuring him and his son. Not only that, but all these four had vandalized the shop. So finally, the worker of the merchant, who was the victim, lodged a complaint in the Hazira police station in this matter, the police registered a case against the four persons and took legal action. The details of the incident are that Vishnu Ram Naresh Pandit, a native of MP and currently residing in Mata Paliya in Hazira village, works as a craftsman in a shop called Mithali Kirana Store located in Mata Paliya itself. On last date 22/2/2024 at around 11:45 PM when Vishnu, his Seth and his son were present in the shop, Ritvik alias Bandaru, resident of village Hazira and Yash Patel, resident of Radhe Park Society on Jahangirpura Dandi Road, Sundar One Society on Dandi Road. Four persons named Anil Bhajiwala and Krish Patel, came on two different bikes.

All these four ismo one GJ.5. NV 8241 and GJ 5 GP 9954 came to the grocery shop, where they quarreled with Vishnu and his Seth and his son by insulting him. Meanwhile, Vishnu telling them not to quarrel and not to quarrel, these four people became agitated and they took the empty glass bottles of cold drinks kept outside the shop and started throwing them at Vishnu and his Seth and Seth’s son. Because of this, Seth’s son was injured when the bottle hit him. In the meantime, all the four accused also threatened to kill them. Apart from this, all the empty glass bottles of cold drinks kept outside the shop were thrown and broken. They broke into the shop and damaged the glass on the table and all the glass jars inside the shop. So finally Vishnu lodged a complaint in this matter and the police filed a case against all four and took legal action.
