According to the court, prima facie it is found that these posts are motivated by agenda. If such a person is granted bail, it is possible that he may repeat such crime under a different name or fake ID.

What is the allege?

Lakhani is accused of creating 18 pages, where he used to make such anti-India posts. Due to which there could be communal unrest in the society. Such posts have not only targeted the Prime Minister, but have also made comments against a particular community. It is alleged that he was also making international calls to Pakistan and other countries.
