Russia on Thursday morning (Nov 21) escalated the ongoing war with Ukraine by launching an intercontinental ballistic missile from its southern Astrakhan region, claims Kyiv. If true, this would be the first use of such a powerful, long-range missile during the war that recently completed its 1000 days.
