Savli’s Samalaya and Pasava villages gave a sense of environmental awareness
Samalaya village of Savli taluka organized an environmental awareness program under the Mission Life project jointly organized by Jubilant Ingravia Limited Company and Gujarat Pollution Control Board Vadodara.
The program was to create environmental awareness among the people living in Samalaya and Pasava villages. With the aim of reducing the use of single-use plastic, Regional Officer from Gujarat Pollution Control Board and, Unit Head of Jubilant Company, guided the villagers. Along with this, eco-friendly bags were also distributed by the company to encourage the villagers to stop using plastic.
At the same time, when the whole world is suffering from global warming and environmental protection, the citizens of the country were called upon to understand their duty and be determined to preserve the environment.
Also, awareness was spread for the use of plastic and its products and it was emphasized that other products should be used daily as an alternative to plastic.
A comprehensive understanding of it was completed. On this occasion, the village was also cleaned by GPCB members and employees of the company as well as by the villagers.
