Russia said Tuesday Ukraine had fired US-supplied long range weapons at a border area following approval from Washington DC. The Ukrainian armed forces carried out their first strike in a border region within Russian territory with an Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missile, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Delhi continued to breathe in toxic air on Tuesday as AQI soared over 500 mark near some stations. Delhi government has now accused the central government of blocking several requests for allowing artificial rain in the national capital. Kremlin confirmed today that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is expected to visit India soon.
