There has been work to spread awareness along with concern for body health.
Surat : Vadtaldham Shree Swaminarayan Hospital and Medical Research Foundation organized a free health checkup camp for women at Surat. This health checkup camp was organized for the diagnosis and further treatment of two types of cancer namely, female breast cancer and cervical cancer. More than 250 women were examined in this camp. Took advantage of the free camp. So far four camps have been organized by Shree Swaminarayan Hospital and Medical Research Foundation VadtalDham, in which more than a thousand women have benefited from this type of camp. Cancer detected women are being treated free of cost. A team of doctors from Surat, a team from VadtalDham and a team from the Government Cancer Research Institute of Ahmedabad were present in this camp. All women were checked up. The women said that this type of camp is being conducted by a religious organization for the first time. Along with religion, there has been work to spread awareness along with concern for body health.
